His areas of expertise include Intellectual Property, corporate governance, incorporation and post incorporation matters and dispute resolution.

Willie regularly acts for top commercial institutions in dispute resolution and corporate & project finance.  He is also involved in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights of the firm's clients. He successfully represented a leading FMCG company with offices within and outside Nigeria in the resolution of its dispute with a major competitor for the use of its Trademark.
Willie is also currently involved in a brand protection mandate for a leading beverage company.
