He acted for a leading FMCG Company in securing perpetual injunctive reliefs against infringers of the intellectual property rights of a leading tobacco company. He also successfully defended a leading printing company against the activities of a non- benevolent regulator.

Olayinka was equally successful in defending a leading Bank in a claim filed by a borrower alleging that the Bank’s failure to avail additional financing as agreed was responsible for the collapse of its business. He regularly defends ship owners and charterers in disputes arising out of cargo claims and charter parties.
