Olusegun Ogedengbe is a brilliant attorney and with an eye for details. He is also an avid researcher and his propensity for information and data is phenomenal. He is a Chartered Tax Consultant and currently heads the Taxation Department of the Firm. In this role he advises Clients on tax planning, audit preparation and provides representation in tax litigations. He also advises on securing and structuring the appropriate tax model for transactions as well as compliance with corporate and personal income taxes. He is also a member of our litigation and dispute resolution team as well as our company secretarial practice.
