Tomi was part of the team that worked on procuring regulatory rights for the World’s leading energy beverage producer to distribute its products in the country. He also advised a leading construction company on the acquisition of real estate in excess of 100,000 square metres in size, in the fastest growing industrial estate in Nigeria. The mandate included title verification, price negotiations, title documentation and perfection. He led the team that advised a foreign aviation company in a wet lease agreement with a leading domestic airline providing charter services.
